Equipment & Construction Compliance List all equipment (e.g., refrigerators, stoves, fryers) with ventilation specs, especially for grease waste (requires fire suppression). Describe unit lighting (minimum 50 foot-candles in food service areas).

Inspection and Additional Approvals Ensure the unit is mobile and operates independently (not connected to the electric grid). Pass all state-required inspections after conditional approval.
