Used & Occupancy for New Facility

Construction Phase

City and County Inspection

U&O Release

Before starting the U&O process, we’ll ensure that all necessary pre-inspections are completed. This includes verifying zoning requirements, health standards, and building codes to avoid any surprises down the road.

Our engineering team will work with you to develop compliant floor plan and layout to ensure that your facility design meets all safety, accessibility, and operational requirements, streamlining the approval process.

Once the plans are approved, we oversee the construction phase to ensure everything is built to code. We coordinate with contractors and ensure that all work is completed in line with city and county regulations.

After construction, we’ll schedule and manage the required inspections with the city and county. We ensure that your facility passes all necessary checks, from electrical systems to structural safety, so you can avoid costly delays.

Once your facility has passed all inspections, we’ll handle the final paperwork to secure the Use & Occupancy permit, officially allowing you to open for business.

U&O Release

For rebranding projects, we start by verifying that existing systems, such as fire, health, and building code compliance, are still in good standing. We identify any required upgrades or changes to meet current regulations.

We review your existing layout and make necessary adjustments to align with your new branding or operational changes. Our team ensures that any modifications are fully compliant with city and county codes.

Whether you're making minor renovations or overhauling the space, we oversee the construction to ensure that all changes meet the required standards. Our focus is on ensuring a smooth transition with minimal downtime.

We coordinate re-inspections where necessary, ensuring all updates are reviewed by city and county officials. Our team stays on top of scheduling and compliance to help you get your restaurant up and running quickly.

Once the rebranding process is complete and all inspections are passed, we’ll secure your updated Use & Occupancy permit, allowing your rebranded facility to open its doors to the public.
